This policy describes how Driving Glasses Sourcing handles fields submitted on inquiry forms. The desk is an independent sourcing partner. It is not a manufacturer and does not operate a consumer storefront.

Fields we receive

The form collects name, work email, optional company and phone, and a procurement requirement. Optional budget notes and supplier preference are merged into the same requirement field when JavaScript is available. There is no upload field.

Use of the inquiry

We use the written brief to contact candidate factories and to reply to the buyer. We do not sell inquiry lists. Factory names that appear in a later reply are not published as site testimonials.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to finish the comparison or to meet a legal hold. Contact configuration on this build does not publish a postal mailbox.

Requests

To ask about a submitted inquiry, send a new message through the same form and reference the original requirement text. Do not send payment-card numbers in the requirement box.
